Webinar | AI isn’t deployed. It’s prepared.

A five-step method to structure AI in your SME and lay solid foundations

  • 3 minutes of reading

In this webinar, Éric starts with a simple observation: AI is already being used in your organization, but without any structure around it.

You want to invest in AI. You know it can make a difference for your business. The question is where to start to build something that lasts and truly serves your organization.

As Éric explains, the answer lies in a five-step approach. A structure that allows you to sustainably integrate AI into your business practices, so it continues to create value over time.

The 5 steps to prepare for AI

1. Define the framework

The first step is to determine what AI will be used for in your organization. What gains you are aiming for, which tools are permitted, and where you draw the line. Until these answers exist, everyone uses AI in their own way.

2. Empower your people

In the same team, there is often someone who has never really tried AI while another has fully integrated it into their work. The second step is precisely to evaluate where your people stand.

3. Structure company data

AI is only as reliable as the information it has access to. If your files are scattered, it will amplify the disorder. The third step is to sort your documents and manage access to facilitate the AI’s work.

4. Extend reading to business systems

Up to this point, the AI works with your documents. The fourth step is to open your business systems to it in read-only mode—your CRM, your billing tools, your dashboards. This is where AI begins to enrich itself with your company’s real-world context.

5. Delegate action to AI

This is where AI moves from proposal to action. It automates complete processes and triggers concrete actions. This is the step where we see the true potential of AI, but you must have built the first four for it to work.

Where does your organization stand regarding the 5 steps?

Every company starts from a different level of AI readiness. To help you see more clearly, we have created a self-assessment that evaluates where your organization really stands in relation to the 5 steps, and especially where to start.

The solution starts with you

Now that you know how an AI structure is built, the decision is yours. It is no longer a question of knowing; it is a question of choosing where to start.

Think about it. The companies that will truly benefit from AI in the coming year are not those that bought the best tools. They are the ones that prepared the ground beforehand.

Are you ready to build your AI structure? The first step is to establish a more in-depth diagnosis of where your organization really stands, in order to determine priorities and the order of actions adapted to your reality. This is the kind of approach we take with SMEs that want to prepare their environment for AI.

Would you prefer to talk about it in person? Let’s schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your situation. The conversation is non-binding and can help you identify the next steps to transform your current experiments into real gains.
